A person responsible for receiving orders and delivering them to customers according to the approved system.

1.7 Order

Any purchase transaction or service request created through the platform.

Article Two

Nature of the Platform’s Operations

2.1 Role of the Platform

X.STATION operates as an electronic intermediary platform designed to facilitate ordering and delivery processes between customers and merchants.

The platform is not:

The owner of the displayed products.
The manufacturer or producer of goods.
The direct seller of products provided by merchants.

The responsibility for products and services remains with the merchant according to applicable laws and regulations.

2.2 Platform Services

X.STATION provides services including, but not limited to:

Displaying products and services.
Receiving customer orders.
Connecting customers with merchants.
Organizing delivery operations.
Providing order management systems.
Providing technical solutions for merchants and delivery drivers.

The platform reserves the right to develop, modify, or add new services according to operational requirements.

Article Three

Account Creation and Platform Usage

3.1 Account Creation

Some platform services may require account registration. Users must provide accurate and correct information.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration.

3.2 Eligibility for Use

Delivery Driver Obligations

Delivery drivers must:

Maintain product safety during transportation.
Maintain professional conduct with customers and merchants.
Use the application according to instructions.
Not misuse customer information.

Article Seven

Orders and Payments

The platform facilitates ordering and payment processes between customers and merchants.

The user acknowledges that:

Displayed prices are determined by merchants or according to approved platform systems.
Order details are the customer’s responsibility before confirmation.
Available payment methods are subject to the systems and services approved by the platform.

The platform is not considered a party to the commercial relationship between the customer and merchant regarding the product itself.

Article Eight

Prohibited Use of the Platform

The platform may not be used for:

Providing false information.
Creating multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes.
Fraud or misuse of services.
Attempting to hack or damage systems.

Account termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.
